The Mendrisio is an all-round endurance road bike. Named after the place where Eddy Merckx won his second world title in 1971, it is a very capable all-round road bike. At the time, Mendrisio was a battle between Merckx and his eternal rival Felice Gimondi. Gimondi attacked time and again, but could not shake off his younger rival. The race ended in a sprint, which Merckx won thanks to his explosiveness

That explosiveness is in the Mendrisio. It is a fast, performance-oriented and comfortable endurance bike made for long rides.

Features

The Mendrisio is the little brother of the 525. It places even more emphasis on comfort, through its geometry and the type of carbon used. Compared to the 525, the Mendrisio uses a different, less stiff type of carbon. Combined with the well-thought-out geometry, this results in an extremely comfortable riding feel, perfect for long rides.
