The 6061 aluminium frame and fork are really light, and perfectly proportioned for small children. Low standover gives plenty of freedom of movement and helps to build confidence, and we paid particular attention to ensuring that all frame parts are finished with smooth edges and corners to help reduce the chance of injury.

And the attention to detail extends further, with a Suntour suspension fork offering 80mm of travel, easy-shifting Shimano Cues 1x9 gears, grippy Schwalbe 2.1in tyres, powerful Shimano hydraulic disc brakes and even a flat mount kickstand. But the ace up this little bike's sleeve is its lightweight Bosch SX motor and 400Wh battery.
